Digital Realty is the leading colocation and interconnection service provider within our 8435 Stemmons Freeway site, the most connected data center in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. 8435 Stemmons Freeway, better known as the First American Center, is one of two premier Digital Realty colocation and interconnection facilities in Dallas and the entire Southwest.

Digital Realty provides more than 35,000 sq. ft. of colocation space.  We also provide low latency direct access to hundreds of network operators located at our Interconnection Center at 2323 Bryan Street via our Metro Connect solution, which provides data center and carrier customers with additional bandwidth and circuit options.

The data center offers premier conditioned space as well as access control and state-of-the-art surveillance systems. It also complies with or exceeds International Telecommunication standards.

Our 400 S Akard Street facility is an eight-story (eleven floors with basements), 269,563 sq. ft. multi-tenant data center building located in the heart of the central business district of Dallas. An original five-story building which was constructed in 1921 for the Dallas Federal Reserve Bank, and was enlarged by two floors and a mechanical penthouse in 1939. In 1959, the building was expanded to the east with a new adjoining five-story building, and received additional major renovations in 1998 and 2007.
