A major new campus

The Dugny Digital Hub will include three data centers, PAR15, PAR16, and PAR17. Together, they will provide more than 65,000 m² of IT space and 176 MW of IT capacity. Construction began in 2025, with the first site, PAR15, planned for delivery in 2027.

Locally integrated

The campus will strengthen the local economy through job creation, including about 110 permanent roles and 450 indirect jobs. It will also support an ecosystem for startups, businesses, and digital players in the area, helping develop a local center of excellence.

Local partnerships matter

Our participation in the Terres d’Envol Business Territory Pact, along with support for associations and inclusion initiatives, will help connect the project with the local community. The goal is to build infrastructure in a way that fits the area and supports its long-term development.

Built with clear standards

From planning through construction, the project will follow strong environmental and social standards. These include energy efficiency, carbon reduction, inclusion, local hiring, and attention to how the campus fits into its surroundings.

Environmental standards from the start

Dugny is designed to follow strong environmental and social standards from the start. The project aims for LEED-type certification, with a focus on water and energy use, carbon reduction, and biodiversity. Construction standards also support local hiring, inclusion, low-carbon methods, and life-cycle analysis.

The Dugny Digital Hub is a planned Digital Realty data center campus in Dugny, north of Paris. It will be built on a former French Air Force site that has been unused since 2011. The campus will include three data centers, PAR15, PAR16, and PAR17, and is intended to support businesses, sovereign cloud hosting, and AI infrastructure in France.

Dugny was chosen because it meets several strategic needs. It supports the development of data center and AI infrastructure in France, helps serve sovereign cloud hosting needs close to our existing sites in La Courneuve, and is near important strategic sites such as Airbus Helicopters and Aéroports de Paris. Northern Paris is also a well-established area for connectivity and telecom networks.

The Dugny Digital Hub will include three data centers with more than 65,000 m² of IT space and 176 MW of IT capacity. Construction began in 2025, and the first facility, PAR15, is planned for delivery in 2027.

The project is expected to create about 110 permanent jobs and 450 indirect jobs, with many roles focused on technical work. It is also intended to support a broader local ecosystem of startups, businesses, and digital players. Digital Realty’s involvement in the Terres d’Envol Business Territory Pact and support for local associations and inclusion initiatives are also part of the project’s local approach.

In addition, the implementation of a low-impact construction charter and the inclusion of social and environmental clauses in construction contracts will strengthen the framework surrounding the project: local employment, women in technical trades, workforce integration, low-carbon construction, circularity of equipment, life-cycle analysis, and more.

Before each data center construction project in France, Digital Realty must submit an ICPE dossier, which must be approved by public authorities. This process covers air emissions, noise, industrial risks such as fire and pollution, water impacts, waste management, and biodiversity. The project also aims to follow environmental certification standards such as LEED.
