The Digital Realty data center located at 300 JFK Boulevard East is a critical colocation and interconnection hub, which serves as a strategic redundant data center for the New York metro area located approximately 0.25 miles from the Lincoln Tunnel in a strategic and resilient location with proximity to extensive fiber networks. This four-story data center facility totals 312,000 square feet, with redundant 13.2kV utility feeds providing 14MW of utility capacity.

With convenient access to NYC via major access points (Lincoln Tunnel, Holland Tunnel, NJT Bus and NY Waterway), 300 Blvd East is ideally is ideally suited for supporting businesses in New York and Northern New Jersey. In addition to reaching key financial network exchanges, clients at 300 Boulevard East can also directly access other Digital Realty customers located within NYC facilities by leveraging our Metro Connect solution. Our 300 Boulevard East site also provides access to our Internet Exchange and multiple peering exchanges.  In addition, this site is also interconnected to two data centers in New Jersey and two additional sites in New York.

A building expansion completed in 2011 has added 20,000 sf. of raised floor space and 2.3MW of redundant UPS capacity. This space is concurrently maintainable, and will provide access to the Digital Realty Ecosystem for connectivity to other Digital Realty properties within the NY Metro Region and across its global portfolio as well as other carrier-intensive locations.

NJR2 at 100 Delawanna Avenue in Clifton, NJ is one of the most network rich, interconnected colocation centers in the NYC metro area. Located just 11-miles outside of Manhattan, this 179,000 sq.ft. facility is an ideal location for financial services firms looking to run low-latency back office operations or for enterprises seeking a lower cost location outside of New York to host business continuity/disaster recovery, storage back-up or other networking applications.

In addition to providing access to hundreds of leading domestic and international carriers, Digital Realty customers can also connect directly to financial exchange networks like SFTI, BATS, ARCA, and others. Conveniently located on Interstate 287, 3 Corporate Place contains approximately 135,000 sq. ft. of state-of-the-art data center space and 25,000 sq. ft. of office space. It was constructed in 1974, renovated in 2006, and offers 26 MW of power. This multi-tenant data center facility leased to a total of seven major customers, in financial services, government services, managed services, and communications companies.

This premiere campus setting currently supports and services world-class tenants, including fortune 100/500 firms and government organizations. The property offers tenants the flexibility of dedicated Turn-Key Data Centers or Powered Base Buildings (PBBs) offerings for build-to-suit requirements. A new dedicated substation was commissioned May 1, 2013 providing utility power from two sources, along with a new two-story annex providing 127,000 sq. ft. These enhancements will ensure that this campus remains a first class wholesale offering in the NY-Metropolitan area.
