Since 2006, the our data center facility has provided access to more than 40 of the leading domestic and international carriers and physical connection points of the world's telecommunications networks and Internet backbones.

Located in the South Loop of the Chicago Central Business District, our 350 E. Cermak site is the premier mission critical interconnection, colocation and telecommunications facility in the Midwest. The facility offers access to the CME/LNET Exchanges, direct access to SFTI Network and other carriers via fiber to the other suites within the building.

The industrial-strength infrastructure includes four fiber vaults and three electric power feeds, which provide the building with more than 100 megawatts of power. Our 350 East Cermak location is currently the second-largest power customer for Commonwealth Edison, trailing only Chicago's O'Hare Airport. Grid power is supported by more than 50 generators throughout the building, which are fueled by multiple 30,000 gallon tanks of diesel fuel.

Digital Chicago is a master-planned data center campus covering 23 acres in the Village of Franklin Park. It consists of three (3) existing buildings, totaling 574,994 sq. ft.. The property is located 10 minutes from O’Hare Airport and 30 minutes from Downtown Chicago. The campus has direct connectivity to 350 Cermak and 600 South Federal as well as close proximity to multiple fiber providers and utility substations. The first phase of the project is complete and provides 60,000 sq. ft. of data center raised floor, and 6.7 MW of IT load. The second phase of the project is under construction and will provide 120,000 sq. ft. of data center raised floor, and 14.4 MW of IT load. It is planned for multi-tenant occupancy with multiple data center suites designed to support a wide range of industry verticals. The remaining space will be redeveloped for data center use in the future.
