Our customers rely on us to help them achieve their sustainability goals. We have mastered the art of building resource-efficient and environmentally responsible data centers to support their needs.

Our green building certifications demonstrate our commitment to responsible data center development, and we strive to certify all new developments and renovations to recognized green building standards. We have completed sustainable building projects throughout our global portfolio, many that have been certified to the highest levels.

Our facilities are built to require fewer construction materials while achieving industry-leading levels of PUE (power usage effectiveness). This lowers their carbon footprint compared to similar data centers.

Since 2007, we have certified over 12 million square feet. More than half of our certified projects have received Gold or Platinum-equivalent ratings. We have achieved over 1 GW-IT of green building certifications.
