The Power of Connection Realized: Uniting Social Assets Under Digital Realty

Blake Mitchell
June 28, 2016

As you've probably heard, last fall, Digital Realty officially acquired Telx. This new chapter truly is the power of connection realized.

As Digital Realty CEO Bill Stein noted in his official announcement, together, Digital Realty and Telx "combine unparalleled service delivery, network-dense interconnection, real estate acumen, and financial strength to create unrivaled choice and value.” Over the last several months, Digital Realty | Telx began to combine the best of our assets to create a seamless experience for all of our customers around the globe.

As part of the next phase of our integration, we will sunset the Telx brand in the coming weeks. This means we will move forward under the Digital Realty brand and Telx will no longer exist as a separate web presence.

By the end of the summer, the current Digital Realty | Telx social media accounts will become inactive. We also plan to deactivate the Telx website and direct all traffic to Digital Realty’s main site. With that, we extend an invitation to those currently following any Digital Realty | Telx accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Vimeo) to follow us on Digital Realty’s social media accounts. We thank you and hope to connect with you there.

Here’s where you’ll be able to find us moving forward:

In the coming weeks and months, we’ll post additional updates and reminders about our transition from all of our social media accounts until they are deactivated at the end of the summer. There’s no better way to stay on top of what’s happening around the company and industry than following us on social media, so we hope you’ll join us under the fully united brand.

This is yet another exciting step forward for our companies, and should only serve to better position our customers and our organization for success in the future. We appreciate your loyalty and look forward to integrating more fully with Digital Realty!
