November 20, 2014

We’re happy to say that MarketplaceLIVE West 2014 was a resounding success. We had hundreds of attendees, many excellent sponsors, 4 individual panel sessions on a variety of topics, and two keynote speakers who drew the attention of everyone at the venue. To follow up on the latter, we’re pleased to announce that both of our keynotes are now available for public viewing.

Have a look below for more information and to view the keynotes (the password to view each video is: mpl2014):

Keynote 1: Innovations: Accidents by Design

Eric Haseltine: Author, Long Fuse, Big Bang; former CTO for the U.S. intelligence community; former EVP of Walt Disney Imagineering

Five techniques for creating beneficial accidents that produce game-changing breakthroughs. Using case studies from successful innovators, Dr. Haseltine shows how intentional accidents can transform your business and help you survive and thrive in a fast changing world.

Keynote 2: Second Skin

Michael Hawley, Digital Pioneer and thought leader in High Technology

Wearables, smart homes, intelligent cities: these weave together into the fabrics of our future lives. Where did they come from? Where are they going? Who and what gets disrupted next? Lessons from a pioneering visionary.

Stay tuned, we will be releasing the videos from the various panels soon! Readers who wish to view more videos from Telx and past events may do so by visiting our Vimeo page.
